Numerous earnest yogis eventually encounter a sense of fatigue, this is not a result of insufficient exertion, but rather because their meditative work appears fragmented. They have tried many methods, listened to many talks, and collected many concepts. Still, the mind stays agitated, and true realization seems far away. At this juncture, the esse
